  1. Drink plenty of water
  2. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and less foods that are manufactured in plants.
  3. Make time to practice meditation, yoga and prayer.
  4. Play more.
  5. Read more.
  6. Take a moment of silence.
  7. Go to sleep on time, rise on time.
  8. Take a walk.
  9. Smile and laugh.
  10. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
  11. Don’t have negative thoughts about the things you can’t control.
  12. Don’t waste energy on gossip.
  13. Envy is a waste of time.
  14. Forget issues of the past.
  15. Don’t hate 🙂
  16. Make peace with your past.
  17. You don’t have to win every argument.
  18. Family is important.
  19. Give to those in need.
  20. What other people think of you is none of your business.
  21. Do the right thing.
  22. God heals all.
  23. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyous.
  24. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
  25. Forgive everyone for everything.
